LUSH is a boutique, neighborhood based wine shop specializing in unique wines, eccentric spirits, and rare brews.  The highly trained staff will help guide clients to the perfect bottle of wine for any occasion, pour tasting samples of small production wines, or conduct informal wine education.  Wine geeks, hop heads, malt mavens, and spirit aficionados rejoice...LUSH will quench your thirst for all things yummy.  LUSH also customizes private events at the shop or off-site, holds wine education courses, corporate gifting programs, or any wine related event, gift, or occasion!

LUSH debuted in 2006 as a new, eclectic wine shop in University Village. The locals were soon well in wine and getting educated about unique producers, odd varietals, and new styles of wine, beer, and spirits.  Good times!LOVE Lush.

History of LUSH
LUSH began out of of our frustration with wine selection between big box stores and the grocery shelves.  LUSH is fashioned to be practial, a bit more eclectic, and most importantly, a local and delicious alternative.  
The Owner:  MITCH

Mitch Einhorn, a local boy with a penchant for yummy food, wine, beer, and bourbon, is the catalyst to making LUSH happen.  He loves good wine and wants to share. 

The GM: RACHEL

Leading lady of LUSH Wine and Spirits, Rachel is thoroughly dedicated to being the ultimate wine geek. An integral component of the company since the inception, Rachel has made LUSH the fun, nerdy, enterprising place it is today. Rachel keeps the shelves of LUSH stocked with the best and brightest. She is on a mission to research and taste all things fermented and share the love and knowledge with fellow wine lovers.

UV Manager: ERIN

Surly but sweet, Erin is passionate about her wine, beer, and spirits.  Ask her anything...she is up for the challenge.  Check the shelves for her eclectic favorites!

RV Manager: JANE

Wine geek and adept mixologist, Jane is the heart of our Roscoe location.  She has a special love for the offbeat and extra yummy wines and spirits.

Events: KELLY

Employee of the Year, Event Coordinator, and Director of Charitable Donations...this lady is quite busy and absolutely dynamic.
